Mindfulness is simply a state of mind where you are fully conscious and engaged in the present moment. Mindfulness is simply awareness and focusing on the present moment in most simplistic ways.

It is about understanding the ‘Self’, and developing the different qualities required to become fully human. It requires looking into the mind’s essence, and is known as ‘mindfulness of deliberate attention’.
